"Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending-- to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, "Yes. This is what happened. And I will choose how the story ends."

SERVICES I OFFER
With You Every Step of the Way
WORK WITH ADULTS
Therapy is a useful tool for any individual, whether they are looking to strengthen healthy coping skills or wanting to get to know themselves on a deeper level. While therapy is tailored to each individual, the therapeutic relationship often focuses on identifying thought and behavioral patterns and gaining awareness of specific difficulties a person is facing.
WORK WITH ADOLESCENTS
Because adolescents are rarely self-referred for therapy, our early work together includes establishing a trusting environment in which the adolescent feels comfortable enough to discuss thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and behaviors. Once established, our work involves taking a closer look at difficulties that arise and developing more effective strategies for dealing with them.
